To initiate a return, customers must email support@hotncoldtherapeutics.com for authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval are not the company’s responsibility if lost.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and international shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original packaging with all components or may be rejected. Refunds are issued after inspection confirms the product is complete and undamaged. Returns that are damaged or unsellable will be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 60 days of delivery; late returns will be sent back. All delivered items are considered “open box” or “used” and are subject to restocking fees without exception.

Warranty claims are reviewed case by case and require photo and/or video evidence. Claims without documentation will not be processed. Resolutions may include replacement parts, troubleshooting support, or a new or refurbished unit. The warranty is valid for three years from the purchase date and does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly.

Shipments that are refused, undeliverable due to incorrect address details, or returned to the warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser when purchased directly from the official website or an authorized reseller and is non-transferable.

All prices are final at the time of purchase. Discounts, promotions, or referrals cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been shipped.
